FORMATTING
All
artwork/Ads provided to us on CD or via email and must be MAC
formatted and able to open in one of the following applications:
Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. Artwork/Ads can also be saved in TIFF, EPS, JPEG or PDF formats at 300dpi (although changes cannot be made to these formats, so make sure your artwork/ad is exactly to size and proofed).Send all artwork to:

Any
artwork provided must be accompanied by a printed match proof.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAGEMAKER,
MICROSOFT PUBLISHER, POWER POINT, MICROSOFT WORD OR WORD PERFECT FILES.
PHOTOS
Color
or black and white photos sould be scanned at 300 dpi (dots
per inch) at the approximate size that the photo will appear
in the ad.
If
you are providing us with photos to scan, the photos should
be at least as large as you want them to appear in the final
print. We also accept slides or transparencies. No Negatives
Please. Color photos can be made into black and white
halftones, if needed.
EMAILS:
artwork@blacksheeppublishing.com
If emailing artwork, make sure that it is under 10MB (megabytes) in size. We cannot accept arwork that is greater than 10MB unless it is under very limited circumstances. Please contact us if you cannot make your file less than 10MB. As a rule of thumb, save TIFF files to JPEGs to decrease their size for emailing or use Stuff-it compression.
LOGOS
Logos/Line
Art should be scanned at 1000 dpi.
FONTS
If
you are sending us a layout, don't forget to provide us with
the font suitcases on your disk.
If
you give us the name of a font to match, it must be a MAC
formatted font. We have hundreds of fonts, but we need
to know the name to match it. If you give us a sample of a
font that you like, we will do our best to match it.
